The Phasma3D currently supports the GLTF/GLB format. Further common 3D file types, such as USD, FBX and OBJ, will be supported soon. However, most 3D modelling software is able to export 3D files into the GLTF/GLB format. Yes, we offer annual plans with a 2-month discount on the monthly subscription plan. If you are a museum, cultural institution or a non-profit organization, you are also entitled to a discounted acount. If you are interested in learning more, contact our team.
This will not happen without noticing it. We will contact you when you have reached the 80% of your maximum views in order to discuss how you can upgrade your subscription to the next plan which includes a larger number of views.
The subscription can be terminated at any time without incurring any additional charges. It's important to note that even if you cancel the plan, you can still use our 3D visualization software until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be discontinued, and no further fees will apply. You are free to re-subscribe whenever you like.
